    We usually ship with DHL as a parcel or consignment. All shipments can be tracked with a tracking number and are insured up to $ 500.00. and above, We generally ship tires with DPD.

    For parcel delivery or goods shipment, processing and packaging, we charge a flat rate of $6.99  within USA. For European shipments, 24.90 euros.

    For orders over $3000.00 , we do not charge any shipping costs within USA. (Except for e-cross bikes and tires)

    The corresponding shipping costs are displayed in the checkout.

    Premium delivery for SUR-RON bikes

    We are happy to deliver our SUR-RON e-bikes to you personally.
    You will benefit from a fully assembled e-cross bike that has been carefully checked and is ready to ride.

    We can carry out any modifications you require directly for you. Contact us!

    A personal delivery always takes place after planning a complete tour.
    The personal delivery of a SUR-RON Light Bee costs $249.00.
    The personal delivery of the SUR-RON Ultra Bee costs $295.00.
    The personal delivery of the SUR-RON Storm Bee costs $295.00.

     

    shipping in a box

    As an alternative to personal delivery, you will receive your SUR-RON Light Bee in a box delivered by our shipping company. You
    will assemble it yourself. You will continue to benefit from our first-class service, even if you have any questions about assembly.

    Desired performance and/or tuning parts can be ordered directly and we will include them with your shipping shipment.

    The delivery time by the shipping company is 2-4 working days after receipt of the order and payment.
    The cost for delivery by shipping company in a box of a SUR-RON Light Bee is 499.00 within USA.
    The cost for delivery by shipping company of a SUR-RON Ultra Bee is $149.00
    . The cost for delivery by shipping company of a SUR-RON Storm Bee is $169.00.

    Delivery to European countries by shipping company also takes place after receipt of the order and payment.
    The cost for a SUR-RON Light Bee is $169.00, for a SUR-RON Ultra Bee $249.00 and
    for the SUR-RON Storm Bee $269.00.

    Note on shipping for the EBIKEMART Edition:

    If you order an edition from us that does not contain the standard tires (CST cross tires) and choose shipping, you will receive the tires in a box along with the attachments. You will have to move these yourself.

    The effort of completely unpacking the bike, changing the tires and then packing the bike up again would be much higher and cannot be covered by the shipping costs of $99.00. Your advantage: You get another pair of tires for free!

     

    pickup

    Pick up your order at our EBIKEMART store at  1111 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015.  

    An appointment must be made in advance. If you have chosen to collect the item, we will contact you.

    Collection in a box for self-assembly is free of charge. Even with special editions, self-assembly must be carried out independently – including changing tires.

    Alternatively, Ebikemart can take care of the assembly so that you can pick up your vehicle fully assembled and ready to drive. We charge $99.00 for this.

     

    payment options

    Payment via PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, ApplePay etc
    Pay for your order simply and easily via the popular payment providers. There are no fees for this payment methods.

     

    Payment in advance / bank transfer

    After the order process, you will be shown our bank details. Please pay the total amount into our bank account  within 10 days  of ordering. The goods will only be sent to you after receipt of payment. You will receive bank details after order has been made directly into your email box with invoice .





    Please state your order number and your name as the intended purpose so that we can allocate the payment quickly. If we do not receive payment after 10 days, we will cancel your order.

    Cash on pickup

    If you would like to pick up your goods at our location in 1111 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015, you can also pay for your order directly in cash or by card. Please bring the exact amount with you if possible.
